Gina and Thomas got married at her parents beautiful Peters Resort golf course in Glenwood, MN. This was such a beautiful, fun wedding. The bride and bridesmaids got ready in a gorgeous cabin overlooking Lake Minnewaska, the ceremony was on the stunning golf course (also overlooking the lake). Following the ceremony was a super fun double decker pontoon ride on the lake, ending at one of my favorite reception venues, Lakeside Ballroom on Minnewaska. Gina and Thomas are so sweet together and it was abundantly clear all day how much they love one another and how much their friends and family love them. So many smiles all around!
I always love custom hangers for bridal dresses; it adds such a beautiful touch for dress photos.How cute are these kimonos the girls got ready in?!I usually encourage bridesmaids to get into their dresses prior to helping the bride get into hers; but they loved their kimonos so much and they were so cute, I thought it was a fun idea this time!The way everyone looked at Gina in her dress says it all; she was STUNNING! Seriously, look at her dads jaw drop! What a sweet first look on the first green of Gina’s family golf course.One of my favorite first look spots of all time. You just can’t beat a beautiful couple + a sweet dip + overlooking gorgeous Lake Minnewaska!And this swinging bridge on the course was SO cool! You wouldn’t expect this type of scenery in (mostly flat) central Minnesota, but there are some seriously amazing hidden gems, especially in the Glenwood/Lake Minnewaska area!Thomas’ smile when Gina came down the aisle! 😍SUCH a fun pontoon cruise between the ceremony and reception! I love this trend and encourage it at every chance. There’s nothing like some tunes, drinks, and time alone with your closest friends to celebrate before the more formal reception! Lakeside is one of my favorite venues in the central Minnesota area! Lots of history, a gorgeous reception hall, great food and drinks, and an incomparable view of Lake Minnewaska! I was so grateful to be able to capture a wedding so ridiculously full of smiles, laughter, and love in such a gorgeous location! Thank you Thomas and Gina!
