Gavin is a senior! And he absolutely crushed his photos! This guy is so kind and lovely, and SO GOOD in front of a camera, which can be a tough skill for teenage boys! He can turn on a GQ model face one second and then the next minute I get a genuine laugh and such a beautiful smile.

As per usual, Minnesota weather and high school schedules kept us on our toes. We had to reschedule one evening for impending storms, and then again for football schedule, and finally landed on a Sunday morning that started very foggy but ended up being lovely.

We walked around downtown Alexandria, let Gavin’s hunting dog, Goose, run around at the Brophy Wayside Park in the beautiful wildflowers, and ended up at the family home on Lake Bergen, where we snagged a few lakeside shots with the whole gang!

The Alexandria area has so many fun and unique spots for senior photos. I love taking my seniors to a combination of favorites as well as exploring new locations, always guided by their interests, hobbies, style, and personality.
