Liz and Andrew took the risk of planning their wedding for a December day in Minnesota. This means the weather could bring anything from a full blizzard to sunny and 50s to a below zero freeze. Anything is possible! BUT they had the best… it was mild and overcast and a perfectly lovely day for wedding photos. Their venues were also some of the best in central Minnesota. A ceremony at the beautiful, deeply historic St Nicholas Catholic Church in nearby Carlos, and reception at one of my absolute favorites, Gathered Oaks.

This was a big wedding, and it was obvious why… this couple has A LOT of people who very clearly love and support them so much. It was beautiful to see everyone who came together to celebrate these two. Liz and Andrew were absolute celebrities all day; everyone wanted to spend time with them, which is a beautiful testament to the kind of people they are. Kind, warm, welcoming, and so much fun. And did I mention GORGEOUS?!
